When will I receive my tracking number?

Your tracking number is sent via email and WhatsApp within 24 hours of your order being collected by the courier. If you haven't received it after 2 business days, please contact us.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days after collection. Main centres like Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town and Durban typically receive orders faster. Rural and outlying areas may take slightly longer.

My tracking number isn't working — what do I do?

Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to activate in the courier system after collection. If your tracking number still isn't working after 24 hours, please WhatsApp us on 060 454 4681 with your order number and we will investigate immediately.

What if my order hasn't arrived after 7 business days?

Please contact us immediately on hello@olgaura.com or WhatsApp 060 454 4681 with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and either locate your parcel or send a replacement at no charge.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Address changes can only be made before your order is collected by the courier. Contact us as soon as possible on 060 454 4681 if you need to update your address.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

The courier will typically attempt delivery again the following business day. You may also be able to collect from a nearby depot — check your tracking link for options. If you need help contact us on WhatsApp.
