At Olgaura, we are committed to delivering your order reliably, safely, and with full transparency. This policy explains where we ship, delivery timelines, shipping costs, tracking, and how delivery issues are handled.

1. Shipping Locations

This shipping policy applies to orders shipped within South Africa. We deliver nationwide to all provinces including Gauteng, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern Cape, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West, Free State, and Northern Cape.

All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (SAST) are usually processed the same or next business day. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and WhatsApp containing your tracking number and courier link.

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT. Any applicable shipping fees are clearly shown at checkout before payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, public holidays, or regional factors. Remote and outlying areas may take slightly longer than main centres.

5. Carrier Services

Deliveries are handled by The Courier Guy and Fastway Couriers — two of South Africa's most trusted courier networks.

All shipments include full tracking from dispatch to delivery. You will receive your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel once your order has been collected.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp.

You can track your order at any time using our Track Your Order page at olgaura.com/pages/track-your-order or directly through:

  • Fastway: portal.fastway.co.za/track

Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update in the courier system.

7. Delays and Delivery Issues

We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery. However, occasional delays may occur due to courier disruptions, high-demand periods, or unforeseen circumstances. These factors are outside our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If you experience any delivery issues or delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team immediately and we will investigate on your behalf.

8. Missing or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at:

Please include your order number in your message so we can investigate promptly.

Once the courier confirms a package as lost, you may choose between a replacement sent at no charge or a full refund to your original payment method. We will always make it right.
